Limitations on data displayed in conversations
There are technical limitations to the amount of information that Unit4 Advanced Virtual Agent (Ava) can retrieve from Unit4 ERP CR and display in a conversation. For example, if the task list contains too many items, Ava will prioritise and display the most urgent tasks. The remaining tasks can be viewed directly in Unit4 ERP CR.
Available actions in task
Only positive and negative actions, for example, Approve and Reject, can be performed within Ava. For neutral actions, such as forwarding, you must open the task in Unit4 ERP CR using the View button.
Long code descriptions
Excessively long code descriptions may be truncated in Ava, potentially degrading the user experience. We recommend keeping code descriptions short but meaningful.
