Limit on data displayed in conversations
There are technical limitations to the amount of information Unit4 Advanced Virtual Assistant (Ava) can retrieve from Unit4 ERP and physically display in a conversation. For example, if there are too many tasks in the task list, Ava will present the most urgent and you can view the rest in Unit4 ERP.
Available actions in task cards
Only positive and negative actions can be performed for tasks in Ava, e.g., "Approve" and "Reject". For more neutral action, such as forwarding and so on, you can open the task in Unit4 ERP using the View button.
Long code descriptions
Particularly long code descriptions that are presented in Ava may be truncated resulting in a poorer user experience. Therefore, where possible, it's recommended to keep things like code descriptions as short as possible while still being meaningful.
