Unit4 FP&A setup

FP&A does not require any specific technical setup to work with Ava. To use Ava with FP&A, Ava must be activated.

To ensure compatibility between Unit4 ERP and Unit4 Advanced Virtual Agent (Ava), the following technical setup is required.

Note: The setup for Unit4 ERP installations hosted in the cloud is managed by Unit4 Cloud services.

The Unit4 ERP installation must be configured to operate with Unit4 Identity Services (U4IDS). The required setup must be done in the Unit4 ERP Management console as described in Unit4 Identity Services setup on Unit4 ERP to use Ava.
All users in the system must be assigned a unit4_id in the Security tab in the User master file (TAG064) window as described in User setup.

For notifications, Ava uses Unit4 Message Hub which is configured in the Unit4 ERP Management Console as described in Notifications setup.

For Team Discussion, a set of policies and permissions need to be configured as described in Team Discussion setup
