Running user diagnostics
Unit4 Advanced Virtual Assistant (Ava) offers a diagnostics tool to help you verify that your Ava set up is correct for each user.
The diagnostics tool is run by simply entering #diagnostics in the chat channel for a user.
Ava then runs through each functional area and presents a simplified status report to the user in the chat window. Additional information will be logged and can be provided by the Unit4 cloud organization.

The Ava ecosystem is setup with extensive logging capabilities. Issues that occur in the Ava cloud infrastructure are logged and monitored by the the Unit4 cloud organization. Customer specific issues are detected and reported back to the customer's point of contact.
