Unit4 ERP diagnostics

Ava uses the Unit4 ERP public web API logs to help investigate access and configuration issues. For information about configuring logging, refer to the Unit4 ERP technical guidelines.

Use the logs to verify whether a user can access the required public web APIs and objects. The logs can also identify missing configuration.

Check common issues

1. Check that the user is mapped in the User master file. Unit4 Identity Services provides the unit4_id claim, which must map to the user before the user can call web services.
2. Check that the user has access to the required web service endpoint.
