Limits on data displayed in conversations

Ava has technical limitations on the amount of information it can retrieve from Unit4 ERPx and display in a conversation. For example, if the task list contains too many items, Ava will prioritise and display the most urgent tasks. The remaining tasks can be viewed directly in Unit4 ERPx.

Available actions in tasks

Only positive and negative actions, such as Approve and Reject, can be performed within Ava. For neutral actions, such as forwarding, you must open the task in Unit4 ERPx using the View button.

Long code descriptions

Long code descriptions may be truncated in Ava, potentially degrading the user experience. We recommend keeping code descriptions short but meaningful.
