Run user diagnostics

Ava includes a diagnostics tool that you can use to verify the Ava setup for each user.

Enter the #diagnostics command in the user's chat channel to run the diagnostics tool.

Ava checks each functionality and presents a status report in the user's chat window. The Unit4 Cloud Operations team can provide the additional information recorded in the logs.

The Ava ecosystem has extensive logging capabilities.

Unit4 Cloud Operations logs and monitors issues in the Ava cloud infrastructure. The team detects customer-specific issues and reports them to the customer's designated contact.
